I have the exact problem, the last 2 weeks from 12th March can not download a selection of files or a folder on a MAC without a zip file error! I've tried uploading 5 files directly to a MAC but can't download them! The error seems to be with Onedrive as I tested the files with Dropbox and they work fine!
